All items have been individually checked and described to the best of my abilities. All pre-owned, thrifted and vintage clothing is carefully laundered before sale. In the unlikely event that the item is significantly not as described due to my oversight (eg. a rip or stain that happened before the item was shipped), please send pictures of the damage and I will gladly negotiate a refund proportionate to the damage.
I do allow returns with no questions asked, provided that the buyer is willing to cover the cost of outgoing as well as return shipping. Items must arrive safely in original condition (no stains, rips, or scent) before a refund is issued. Alternatively, I can relist the item on your behalf.
I do have some items listed as being "as-is", meaning that there is damage beyond normal wear and tear expected of pre-owned garments (usually this means stained linings from improper laundering or storage in a humid climate), but that the damage isn't obvious to the casual observer. Since as-is items start at a much lower bidding price than they would if they were in good condition, I will not offer any refunds or accept returns on these -- and yes, as-is items are great bargains!
