Love love love everything about this dress ... I'm such a fan of the style I kept it in three colors for my personal wardrobe!
It fits beautifully but is still super comfy with the stretch knit fabric (the comfort of a t-shirt with the chicness of a dress), the sleeves hit flatteringly at the elbow, and the bright vermillion floral print (the blooms look like plant cross-sections) contrasts beautifully with the dark navy background.
Best of all, it has the figure flattering qualities of a faux-wrap (read: curve-enhancing) but it's stitched down and pleated at the waist so you don't have to worry about the wrap hitting in the wrong place or flapping open.
